Canonical is seeking a Beijing Office Administrator to oversee the operations of its Beijing office and hardware certification lab. The Office Administrator will be responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment for colleagues and guests, proactively managing front-of-house areas, meeting rooms, and desk spaces. Duties include clerical, administrative, and logistical tasks such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and processing invoices. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborating across various teams within the company.

Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials and demonstrate strong spoken and written English skills. The role requires individuals who are responsible, accountable, self-aware, and thoughtful. Applicants should be capable of traveling up to twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks. The ability to understand and suggest improvements to existing technical systems, strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment are essential.
