Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in benefits administration. A strong understanding of federal and state regulations pertaining to employee benefits is essential. Proficiency in HRIS systems and excellent organizational and communication skills are also required.
