Bid Manager
As a Bid Manager at Helsing, you will play a pivotal role in our Campaigns & Programmes team, leading the development and submission of compelling proposals to secure new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire bid lifecycle, from initial opportunity assessment to final submission. Your day-to-day activities will include coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, developing strategic win themes, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and overseeing the production of high-quality proposal documents. You will also maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends and competitor activities to inform bid strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bid management within the defence or technology sectors, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex proposals. Key qualifications include excellent project management skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. A deep understanding of procurement processes and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments are essential.
