Bids Specialist (12 month FTC)
Russell McVeagh is seeking a Bids Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join their Business Development team. This role is integral to the firm's efforts in securing new business opportunities and enhancing client relationships. The primary responsibilities include managing the end-to-end bid process, from initial opportunity assessment to final submission. Additionally, the Bids Specialist will maintain a library of proposal materials and contribute to the continuous improvement of bid strategies and processes.
Candidates should possess a strong background in bid management, preferably within a professional services environment. Excellent writing and editing skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with bid management tools are also required.
