The Bilingual Japanese Sales Planner at MiQ Digital is a pivotal role within the Center of Success (CoS) team, primarily focusing on the Japanese market. This position involves close collaboration with Sales, Trading, Data & Analytics, Product, Learning & Development, and Marketing teams across the JAPAC region. The role is based in Manila, Philippines, with a hybrid work arrangement, and reports directly to the Hub Operations Lead.

In this capacity, the Sales Planner is responsible for crafting and delivering comprehensive proposals within RFP deadlines, ensuring they reflect local nuances and business contexts. They manage multiple priorities, strategize with Sales Leads to grow existing business, and support client acquisition efforts. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research, generating data-driven insights, and developing customized media proposals aligned with client requirements.

Candidates should possess business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, with the ability to comprehend complex commercial and technical concepts. Experience working with Japanese stakeholders or markets is advantageous. A genuine interest in digital media and programmatic advertising, coupled with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, is essential. Clear communication skills and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset are also important.
