Bilingual Mandarin Speaking Sales Planner
MiQ Digital is seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Speaking Sales Planner to join their Center of Success (CoS) team in Manila, Philippines. The Sales Planner will play a critical role in supporting client acquisition, driving growth, and ensuring Mandarin-speaking stakeholders receive strategic planning support.
In this role, the Sales Planner will craft and deliver accurate, thorough, and compelling proposals within RFP deadlines, ensuring local nuances and business context are appropriately reflected. They will collaborate with regional Sales teams to understand client objectives and campaign goals, conduct market research and audience analysis, and partner with Data & Analytics teams to develop data-driven insights and pre-campaign recommendations. Additionally, the Sales Planner will develop customized media proposals aligned with client requirements, support the creation of visually engaging pitch decks, and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across regions.
The ideal candidate will possess business-level proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to understand complex commercial and technical concepts and communicate them clearly to diverse audiences. Experience working with Mandarin stakeholders or markets is a strong plus. A genuine interest in digital media, advertising, and programmatic is essential, along with a high level of organization and attention to detail. Clear, confident communication skills and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset are also important.
