Biomedical Engineer - CSA
Dozee Health AI is seeking a Biomedical Engineer – Customer Success Associate (CSA) to support the deployment, installation, training, and adoption of its AI-powered Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solutions across healthcare facilities. This role involves direct interaction with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and patients to ensure successful implementation and utilization of Dozee’s innovative patient monitoring technology. The position is based in Kolkata, India, and is offered as a contract, on-site role.
Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations at hospitals to showcase device capabilities and benefits, installing and configuring Dozee monitoring devices at customer sites, providing troubleshooting and first-level technical support, and training healthcare professionals and patients on device usage and the patient monitoring dashboard. The CSA will also perform site assessments, coordinate with remote support and operations teams, and build strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure customer satisfaction and support issue resolution.
Candidates should possess a graduation or diploma in Science or ITI, with 0-2 years of field operations or field sales experience in the healthcare or hospital industry. Good communication skills and fluency in local languages are essential, along with a basic understanding of operating a computer. The role requires openness to travel within the city and occasional night shifts, as well as the ability to work inside hospital wards.
