Wolt is seeking a Bolti Munkatárs (Store Associate) to join our dynamic team at Wolt Market in Győr. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders through our application, handling incoming stock, and preparing products for delivery to customers or couriers. Maintaining accurate product information in our internal systems and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization are also key aspects of the job. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of store operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate possesses quick learning and multitasking abilities, a proactive and service-oriented mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. While prior experience in retail or warehouse settings is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Fluency in Hungarian is required, along with at least a basic level of English proficiency. Flexibility to work various shifts, including daytime, evening, and weekend hours, is essential, as Wolt Market Győr operates daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
