Brand Counsel
BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Brand Counsel to serve as the primary legal advisor for one or more of its affiliates. This role involves overseeing all legal aspects of the affiliate's operations, ensuring compliance, and facilitating efficient decision-making. The Brand Counsel will collaborate closely with various departments, including Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, HR, Compliance, and Regulatory, to provide comprehensive legal support.
Key responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for affiliate leadership on all legal matters, coordinating legal support across the BridgeBio legal team, and offering strategic counsel on commercial strategies, healthcare professional and organization engagements, promotional materials, patient programs, payer and market access, contracts, and operational issues. The Brand Counsel will also participate in the Material Review Committee (MLR) to ensure promotional and scientific materials are accurate, balanced, and compliant.
Ideal candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a strong background in pharmaceutical or biotechnology law. Experience in commercial law, compliance, and contract negotiation is essential. The ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are highly valued.
