Additionally, the Brand Manager is tasked with crafting compelling narratives that resonate across diverse cultural landscapes, particularly bridging Western "Crypto Twitter" culture with the nuances of the Asian and Chinese crypto markets. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities is essential to maintain the exchange's prominence among both retail traders and institutional clients. The position also requires managing internal and external creative agencies to produce high-quality visual assets, videos, and copy, as well as collaborating with PR and Legal teams to protect brand equity during market volatility or regulatory changes.
Candidates should possess over five years of experience in brand management, preferably within top-tier exchanges, global fintech firms, or high-growth tech companies. Native-level fluency in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken, along with professional proficiency in English, is required. A deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and the psychological drivers of crypto traders is essential. The role demands strong analytical skills to translate brand sentiment data and "Share of Voice" metrics into actionable marketing strategies. Proven leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment are also crucial.
