Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in brand, creative, or integrated marketing, preferably within high-growth or culturally driven brands. A deep understanding of Turkish culture, humor, media consumption habits, and digital behaviors is essential. Fluency in both Turkish and English is required. Proven experience in leading major brand campaigns that integrate TV, social media, influencers, and celebrity collaborations is highly desirable. The role demands strong collaboration skills, the ability to lead agencies and cross-functional teams effectively, and a data-driven approach to continuously optimize campaigns.
