Brand Marketing Specialist – Creative & Scaling Systems
As Wolt continues to expand its presence in Germany, the volume of marketing communications across various channels is rapidly increasing. To maintain a consistently high creative standard while scaling our output, we are seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist – Creative & Scaling Systems to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the local marketing team and creative partners to ensure our communications remain both highly creative and operationally scalable. You will lead the creative execution of many of our always-on marketing channels while developing frameworks, templates, and processes that allow the team to produce high-quality marketing assets efficiently.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading the creative execution of always-on marketing communications across channels such as in-app placements, CRM, and promotional campaigns. You will translate marketing objectives into high-quality creative assets that align with Wolt's brand guidelines and creative standards. Additionally, you will develop creative templates, toolkits, and scalable systems that leverage automation and AI to increase efficiency and consistency across channels. Identifying opportunities to streamline and scale creative output through improved workflows, tools, and automation, including AI solutions, will also be a key part of your role. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, agencies, and marketing managers to ensure smooth and consistent delivery of creative assets is essential. Furthermore, you will support the development of scalable creative formats and systems that enable the team to maintain a high level of creative quality across numerous marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, creative production, or creative operations, preferably in a fast-paced, high-output environment such as marketplaces, e-commerce, agencies, or scale-ups. You should be hands-on and execution-driven, with a strong ability to translate marketing needs into high-quality creative assets across various channels, including CRM, in-app, social, and campaigns. Experience in building or working with scalable creative systems, such as templates, toolkits, or automated workflows, is crucial, along with an understanding of balancing speed, quality, and consistency. A solid understanding of how creative assets are built and produced, enabling effective collaboration with designers without necessarily being a hands-on designer yourself, is important. Comfort in working across multiple stakeholders and driving projects forward smoothly from brief to delivery is expected. Curiosity and proactivity about AI and new tools, with a willingness to use them to improve creative workflows and efficiency, are highly valued. A strong eye for brand consistency and detail, with a commitment to maintaining a high creative standard even when working at scale, is essential.
