The Brand & Media Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand positioning and messaging across all digital channels, ensuring a consistent and professional image for trading products. This role involves managing relationships with global financial media and industry-specific platforms to secure high-tier exposure and strengthen brand authority. Additionally, the manager will build and operate a comprehensive content ecosystem across platforms like Telegram, YouTube, and TikTok, focusing on market insights and educational content.

Key responsibilities include driving user acquisition by designing conversion paths from social communities to account opening and deposit through engaging online activities. The manager will coordinate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and partners to ensure compliant messaging while tracking data metrics to optimize channel efficiency and content performance. This position requires a proactive approach to content strategy and a keen eye for analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Media, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in branding, media relations, or content operations. A deep familiarity with the global social media ecosystem and community-driven conversion strategies is essential. Strong understanding of trading products, including FX/Gold trading, copy trading, and introducing broker (IB) business models, is required. Proven ability to plan and execute comprehensive content strategies while analyzing data to drive continuous improvement is also necessary.
