BSA/AML Compliance Program Lead

Rebtel is seeking a BSA/AML Compliance Program Lead to enhance and oversee its Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance initiatives. The position is based in Bogotá, Colombia, and reports directly to the Head of BSA, collaborating closely with Operations, Product, and Risk teams to integrate compliance requirements into daily processes.
