Most insurance companies either distribute products or bear the risk — we do both. We back our policies with our own capital, which means we control the full stack: product design, tech, and the speed at which we move. That end-to-end ownership lets us offer customers real flexibility, saving time and money for more than 4,000 properties insured for billions in value nationwide.

WHY "BUILDER"?

The best people on our team start with a business problem, figure out what should exist to solve it, and then build it, often end-to-end. They talk to stakeholders, sketch out solutions, make product and design decisions, write the code, and ship it. They use AI tools not as a novelty but as a core part of how they work. The line between "product thinking" and "engineering" isn't one they spend much time drawing.

We call this role Builder because that's what it actually is. You'll work in small pods with a GM who sets direction, but how you get there and what you build along the way is largely up to you.
