Business Analyst Intern, London
Mirakl, a leading provider of e-commerce software solutions, is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join their B2C Customer Success team in London. Founded in 2012, Mirakl empowers businesses to compete in the platform economy by offering an enterprise marketplace solution that enables retailers and B2B organizations to launch, scale, and operate marketplaces and dropship. The internship is a six-month, full-time position starting in January 2027.
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will analyze marketplace performance by diving into client data to identify trends and opportunities, developing actionable recommendations to support growth and improve outcomes. You will create compelling client materials, including presentations and workshop content, to help clients understand their marketplace performance and strategic opportunities. Conducting market research to uncover trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities will inform client strategies and Mirakl's product direction. Additionally, you will collaborate on cross-functional projects with international teams and provide strategic support to Customer Success leaders and managers, contributing to daily activities and special projects that ensure exceptional client outcomes.
To be considered for this role, candidates should be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Economics, or a related field and eligible for an internship in London. A genuine interest in or first experience within the e-commerce industry is preferred. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including data visualization and presentations, are essential. Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English and be creative problem-solvers, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment. An interest in AI and emerging technologies, and how they can drive business efficiency, is also desirable.
The compensation for this internship is £2,000 per month.
