Business and Transactions Attorney

Goosmann Law Firm is seeking a dedicated Business and Transactions Attorney to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of business contracts and agreements. You will advise clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional matters. Additionally, you will conduct legal research to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and provide strategic counsel to support clients' business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. A minimum of 3 years of experience in business and transactional law is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects effectively are essential for success in this role.
