Business and Transactions Attorney

In this position, the attorney will be responsible for providing strategic legal counsel to businesses of all sizes. The attorney will also play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex business transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Ideal candidates should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and have experience in business and transactional law. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and contract negotiation is highly desirable.
