Business Development Coordinator

In this role, the coordinator is responsible for compiling and drafting responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and pitches, tracking outcomes, and preparing summary reports. They conduct business and industry research to support new business opportunities and maintain client information in the firm's client relationship management (CRM) system. Additional duties include assisting with event management and logistics, coordinating webinars, gathering information for legal directory submissions, and creating business development collateral such as brochures and presentations.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least two years of related work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) and familiarity with CRM software are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines while handling confidential information are also required.
