This team collaborates across various departments, industry groups, and client teams to drive revenue-generating initiatives. The position is available in the firm's Richmond, VA, Washington DC, and Charlotte, NC offices.

The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for drafting and managing directory submissions for publications such as Chambers and Legal 500. The role includes maintaining critical lists for reporting on business development plan ROI, tracking incoming work and referrals, and updating collateral and website content. Additionally, the coordinator will assist with pitches and proposals, manage budgets, and support the organization and execution of both in-person and virtual events, including seminars, webinars, receptions, sponsorships, and attorney speaking engagements.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and have at least one year of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field. Experience in a professional services firm, particularly within a law firm environment, is advantageous. The role requires excellent time management and organizational skills, strong written and oral communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications. The ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and work under tight deadlines is essential.
