Business Development Executive I
The Business Development Executive I at Wellhub is a pivotal role within our Sales team, based in Berlin. Wellhub is a corporate wellness platform connecting employees worldwide to top-tier partners in fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep, all through a single subscription. Our mission is to make every company a wellness company, and we are seeking a dedicated professional to help expand our reach and impact.
In this role, you will proactively engage with potential clients through various channels such as phone, email, LinkedIn, and other innovative methods. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will provide detailed insights into opportunities, manage client expectations, and effectively address objections. Your goal will be to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while educating companies on the value and importance of Wellhub's mission. Additionally, you will become a key resource on target industries across multiple sectors and geographies, continually seeking opportunities to network with clients at industry events.
The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives on collaboration to achieve both group and individual goals. You should be tenacious and goal-oriented, with experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management, or account management being advantageous. As a self-starter, you must be capable of multitasking and adapting within a fast-growing organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze data to develop strategic approaches. Proficiency in English is required, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus. An affinity for sports, fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being will also be beneficial.
