Business Development Manager (KOL)

Additionally, the manager will track and analyze local market trends, competition, and regulatory developments to support informed decision-making and business strategy. Collaboration with marketing, product, and compliance teams is essential to align growth strategies with operational goals and regional regulations. Representing the company at events, conferences, and media opportunities within Chinese-speaking markets is also a key aspect of the role.
The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the crypto and blockchain industry, with a strong focus on derivatives trading. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required, along with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated success in forming strategic partnerships and managing influencer/KOL relationships in the crypto sector is essential. Previous experience working with or for a crypto exchange, with familiarity in regional compliance and regulation, is highly desirable. The candidate should be highly adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments, with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
