The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the crypto and blockchain industry, with a strong focus on derivatives trading. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential, along with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated success in forming strategic partnerships and managing influencer/KOL relationships in the crypto sector is required. Previous experience working with or for a crypto exchange, with familiarity in regional compliance and regulation, is also necessary.
