Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading global law firm with offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking a Business Development Manager to support client-focused initiatives for its Structured Transactions practice. This practice advises a diverse clientele, including banks, Fortune 100 companies, hedge funds, and innovators in the fintech sector, on complex structured finance and securitization transactions.

In this role, the Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with practice leaders to develop and implement strategies that align with the firm's growth objectives. Responsibilities include driving client engagement through targeted outreach, leading business generation efforts by preparing compelling pitches and proposals, and amplifying the practice's visibility via integrated marketing campaigns and events. The manager will also analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform go-to-market strategies and collaborate across departments to ensure firmwide alignment.

Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of business and practice development experience at a manager level, preferably within a law firm environment. Strong strategic thinking and execution skills are essential, along with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build trusted relationships. A data-driven mindset with the capability to translate insights into actionable strategies is also required.

The salary range for this position in New York, NY, is $124,200.00 – $198,600.00 annually. The total compensation package may also include a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, such as 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, including vacation, sick time, and parental leave.
