As a Business Development Manager for Wolt Drive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Wolt's delivery-as-a-service platform in Hungary. Wolt Drive enables partners to offer ultra-fast deliveries through their own channels by leveraging Wolt's logistics network. This position is integral to Wolt's mission of enhancing urban living by providing seamless delivery solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential partners for Wolt Drive, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure. This involves researching prospects, conducting meetings and market visits, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements. Additionally, you will systematically manage a pipeline of new partnership opportunities, tailoring approaches to position Wolt as the preferred partner. Collaborating closely with local Operations, Support, and Sales teams, you will ensure optimal product selection and contribute to local sales strategies to accelerate Wolt's retail market entry.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in sales or account management roles, with a strong aptitude for selling and relationship building. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders. A solution-oriented mindset and keen attention to detail are crucial, along with experience or a strong interest in analytics. Fluency in both Hungarian and English is required to effectively communicate with partners and internal teams.
