Business Development Representative
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at BambooHR, you will play a pivotal role in initiating contact with potential clients, focusing on outbound lead generation. This position is part of our dynamic sales team, contributing directly to the company's growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include proactively reaching out to new leads, maintaining a high volume of cold calls daily, and articulating the value propositions of our products. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to develop and execute territory planning and account strategies. Building strong relationships with prospects and effectively handling objections are key aspects of your day-to-day activities.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or BDR, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets. Strong written and verbal communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt to changes in team dynamics are essential. A coachable attitude and a passion for growth will set you apart.
