Business Development Representative
DiliTrust, a global leader in legal technology, is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their dynamic team. The company specializes in providing integrated legal and governance software solutions, aiming to digitize legal departments worldwide. As a BDR at DiliTrust, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by generating qualified appointments that convert into sales opportunities for Account Executives. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with Account Executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies, engaging in phone prospecting to secure qualified meetings, and conducting multi-channel outreach through email and LinkedIn to optimize lead generation. Additionally, you will conduct qualification meetings and, when necessary, manage end-to-end sales cycles in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
Ideal candidates will have a background in sales, prospecting, or customer relations, with a preference for those with experience in the SaaS industry. A minimum of one year as a BDR in a SaaS environment is advantageous. Educationally, a 3 to 5-year degree in business, marketing, management, or communications is beneficial. DiliTrust values strong commercial acumen and a genuine interest in Legal Tech and SaaS solutions. The company fosters internal growth, offering opportunities to transition into the Account Executive team after 18 months for distinctive performance or 24 months for strong performance.
