Business Development Representative (German Speaker) (m/w/d)
Charles Russell Speechlys, an international law firm headquartered in London, is seeking a Business Development Representative (German Speaker) to join their Berlin office. This role is integral to the firm's growth strategy, focusing on establishing long-term partnerships and expanding the firm's presence in the DACH region.
In this position, the representative will manage the pre-sales process, emphasizing the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts. Responsibilities include analyzing potential clients' performance to identify business improvement opportunities, generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and events, and collaborating with the Account Executive and Studios Team to enhance outbound outreach efforts. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the quality of pre-qualification and supporting the team in closing deals.
Candidates should have a proven track record in sales, with the ability to understand and communicate clients' business transformation needs effectively. Fluency in German at a C1/C2 level and confident business-level English are required. Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce is advantageous, along with a strong understanding of the European e-commerce market and relevant enabling technologies.
