Business Operations Specialist (Risk & Fraud)
Hotmart is seeking a Business Operations Specialist (Risk & Fraud) to join its Financial Services Business Unit (FSBU) in São Paulo, Brazil. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency by identifying fraud patterns, proposing preventive and corrective measures, and developing automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and improve overall operational effectiveness.
The primary responsibilities include analyzing data to detect suspicious behaviors and emerging fraud trends, proactively suggesting improvements to fraud prevention systems, and creating automation tools to streamline investigation processes. The specialist will also conduct internal audits, map operational bottlenecks, validate hypotheses before implementation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, Data Science, Operations, Business, and Product to develop and implement fraud prevention solutions.
Candidates should have experience in fraud analysis and risk management, proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation, and familiarity with Power BI for data visualization. Skills in process mapping, analytical decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Knowledge of AI tools like Cloude//GeminiPro or Hotmart's internal tools (Quiro/Astrobox) is considered a plus.
