The Business Systems Specialist at Wayve plays a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency between the Business Development and Product & Delivery teams. This position involves designing, implementing, and optimizing systems and workflows that connect these departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and streamlined processes within the company.

Key responsibilities include partnering with the Business Development team to develop and refine CRM workflows in encompassing pipelines, deal tracking, and automation. The specialist will also build and maintain integrations between and other tools like Jira to reduce manual tasks. Additionally, they will define and implement the transition process between Business Development and delivery, ensuring a smooth handoff from deal closure to execution.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with including building workflows, automations, integrations, and utilizing AI capabilities. Experience with Jira is also essential, particularly in understanding how engineering work is structured and how to connect it to other systems. A process-oriented mindset and the ability to translate business needs into structured workflows and system solutions are crucial for success in this role.
