Business Systems Analyst, HR & Legal Systems

Planet is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our HR and Legal Systems team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and maintain our HR and legal technology platforms, ensuring they align with organizational goals and compliance requirements. As a Business Systems Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and implementing system improvements for HR and legal applications. You will work with stakeholders to identify system needs, configure software solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, particularly within HR and legal systems. Proficiency in system configuration, data analysis, and project management is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams are also required.
