Business Transformation Lead

Graphcore is seeking a Business Transformation Lead to drive complex, cross-functional change across systems, data, and business processes. Reporting to the Head of Data & Transformation, this senior individual contributor will lead high-impact transformation initiatives from discovery through implementation, enhancing operational efficiency and scalability.

The role involves defining clear problem statements, scopes, and success measures aligned with business priorities. Responsibilities include analyzing current processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, designing scalable end-to-end business processes, evaluating solution options, and collaborating closely with technical teams to shape and implement solutions.

Candidates should have substantial experience in leading complex transformation initiatives, with a strong background in business analysis, process design, and data improvement. Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, or low-code platforms is essential. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements are also required.
