Capital Formation BD/ RWA Product Sales
Hyphen Connect is seeking a Capital Formation Business Development professional to join their team focused on Real-World Asset (RWA) Product Sales. This role is integral to a well-funded, next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project designed for the tokenization and on-chain circulation of RWAs and stablecoins, emphasizing institutional adoption. The team aims to bridge traditional Web2 institutions into Web3, enhancing on-chain asset diversity and enabling broader investor participation.
The primary responsibilities include distributing on-chain vault products and tokenized RWA offerings to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and institutional investors. The role involves originating and managing capital pipelines, from initial investor introductions through allocation and repeat investments. Additionally, the professional will present vault structures, yield sources, risk profiles, liquidity terms, and on-chain settlement processes to sophisticated limited partners (LPs). Driving assets under management (AUM) growth through direct sales, referrals, and strategic introducers is also a key aspect of the role.
Candidates should possess over five years of experience in investment sales, capital raising, or institutional/VIP business development within traditional finance or cryptocurrency sectors. An existing network of LPs across HNWIs, family offices, private banks, allocators, or crypto funds is essential. A proven track record in raising capital or selling investment products, coupled with a strong understanding of yield products, fixed income, funds, or structured investments, is required. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, independent, and performance-driven. Familiarity with crypto, on-chain products, or digital assets is considered a strong plus.
