Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations with prospective clients to assess their cases, gathering and inputting necessary data, scheduling follow-up appointments, and managing the signing of retainers. The specialist handles both inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues professionally. This role demands adaptability in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of client service.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for college education. Strong comprehension and critical-thinking skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office setting. Proficiency in typing at least 35 words per minute and navigating multiple software applications is required. Reliability, dependability, and the capacity to thrive both independently and within a team are crucial for success in this role.

Compensation for this position includes an hourly wage of $18, with a $250 sign-on bonus available after 90 days of employment. Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, encompassing medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
