Case Manager

As a Case Manager at ClearScore Technology Limited, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, dedicated to assisting customers in securing their financial needs. Operating within a hybrid work environment based in Manchester, this role offers a competitive basic salary up to £34,000, with on-target earnings reaching £47,000.

Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and packaging secured loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy, verifying customer information such as income and employment details, and preparing necessary loan documents. You will also liaise with lenders and other relevant parties to resolve any discrepancies, while maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the application process.

The ideal candidate will possess a performance-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. While knowledge of secured loans is desirable, it is not essential. Flexibility to work shifts and a commitment to providing a best-in-class customer experience are key attributes for success in this role.
