Case Manager

Crisp Recruit is seeking a Case Manager to join a personal injury law firm in Kent, Washington. The firm is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective legal representation to individuals affected by serious car accidents. As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases, ensuring clients receive the support and advocacy they deserve.

In this role, you will independently manage case files, review medical records, and engage in direct negotiations with insurance adjusters to secure favorable settlements for clients. Your responsibilities will include preparing demand packages, maintaining regular communication with clients to provide updates and guidance, and collaborating closely with attorneys to develop and execute case strategies. Additionally, you will oversee the entire claims process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to insurance providers.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in a personal injury law firm, with a strong background in pre-litigation case handling, client communication, and settlement negotiation. Proficiency in reviewing medical records and working collaboratively with attorneys or adjusters is essential. Candidates with prior experience as insurance claims adjusters or in similar roles are also encouraged to apply. A detail-oriented approach, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive, accountable work ethic are key attributes for success in this position.
