Case Manager Lead

The Case Manager Lead at Morgan & Morgan is responsible for supervising a team of five case managers while managing a portfolio of approximately 50 high-value cases. This role reports directly to the Pre-Suit Attorney and collaborates closely with Trial Attorneys to ensure efficient case progression and optimal outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the daily activities of the case management team, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing training to foster professional development. The Case Manager Lead implements effective case management strategies, monitors case timelines and milestones, and proactively addresses any potential issues to maintain the firm's high standards of quality and compliance.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager. A minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred, along with at least 2 years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster. Strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this role.
