Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team in Orange Park, Florida. This role involves working closely with attorneys to manage a diverse caseload, ensuring each case progresses efficiently from intake to resolution. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and empathetic, contributing to our mission of advocating for the people.

As a Case Manager, you will interact daily with clients, both existing and potential, through telephone and in-person communications. Your responsibilities include ordering and reviewing medical records, obtaining necessary documents to support injury and liability claims, and maintaining organized case files. You will also prepare comprehensive demand packages for submission to insurance carriers and collaborate directly with attorneys to present case synopses when required.

The position requires a bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least two years of experience in a legal setting or as an insurance adjuster. Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager is strongly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong negotiation skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, is essential.

This on-site role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
