Cash Management Coordinator - BR (IP & demais entidades)
EBANX is seeking a BR & Offshore Banking Coordinator to oversee and coordinate its entities in Brazil, including a regulated Payment Institution (IP) and other non-regulated entities. This role is pivotal in managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning with the Central Bank's requirements. The position is based in either Curitiba or São Paulo, offering an on-site work environment.
The coordinator will lead a team of analysts responsible for executing financial routines such as payments, transfers, and balance control. Key responsibilities include coordinating financial closing processes, ensuring accurate SAP reconciliations, and acting as the primary liaison for the regulated entity with the Central Bank. Additionally, the role involves partnering with cross-functional teams—including Accounting, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Product—to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Candidates should have experience working with regulated financial institutions, such as Payment Institutions, banks, or fintechs. A background as a Piloto de Cabine with strong knowledge of the Brazilian Payment System (SPB) is essential. Proven experience in people management, financial routines, and familiarity with financial systems like SAP are required. Fluency in English is necessary for frequent interaction with global teams, along with strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to structuring and executing processes efficiently.
