Catalog Associate
The Catalog Associate at Wolt plays a pivotal role within the Merchant Operations team, focusing on managing and enhancing product data across Wolt's platform. In this role, the Catalog Associate is responsible for creating and maintaining product data within Wolt's catalog. Key responsibilities include ensuring that product information—such as names, descriptions, prices, availability, images, and compliance details—is accurate and up-to-date. The associate will also create, review, and update partner assortments to reflect in-store offerings, work with large datasets using tools like Google Sheets, and leverage AI tools to efficiently manage and improve catalog quality. Additionally, the role involves uploading and managing media content to enhance the customer experience and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and processes.
The ideal candidate possesses a positive and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills, viewing challenges as opportunities and taking ownership of their work. A customer and quality-centric approach is essential, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required, along with experience working with large datasets; familiarity with AI tools is considered a plus.
