Certified DCWP Process Server

ABC Legal Services is seeking a Certified DCWP Process Server to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals involved in court proceedings. Utilizing our industry-leading mobile app, you will claim jobs, plan efficient routes, and track your progress. The position offers flexibility, allowing you to manage your workload and schedule, with attempts required every 48 hours at varied times.

Candidates must possess a New York Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) Process Server certification. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance are essential. Proficiency with iOS or Android devices and the ability to work within a mobile application are required. Additionally, you should have the capability to scan and print documents and be available for variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
