The Channel Marketing Specialist at KnowBe4 is responsible for implementing marketing initiatives to, through, and with channel partners in the London region. This role involves collaborating closely with channel sales and eligible partners to proactively plan joint marketing and development activities, supporting the regional channel marketing strategy by executing and measuring campaigns that recruit, enable, and accelerate partners as part of the KnowBe4 Partner Program.

Key responsibilities include planning and managing partner marketing activities within budgetary guidelines and deadlines, executing strategic partner marketing programs with attention to detail and commitment to tracking success, partnering with regional partner strategy teams, channel sales, and field marketing to support partner growth plans, coordinating logistics for partner-focused webinars, workshops, and regional events, and nurturing strong relationships with internal stakeholders including channel sales, partner program office, field marketing, and other marketing team members.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in channel marketing, specifically with a focus on supporting a network of partners. Proficiency in Salesforce customer database is required, along with prior experience with partner relationship management (PRM) software such as Impartner or Salesforce PRM. Experience with project management software like Asana is also preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, familiarity with channel partner business and operations, high attention to detail, and excellent time management and organizational skills are essential.

Compensation for this position is competitive, with a base salary ranging from £60,000 to £90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
