Chief of Staff - Executive Leadership Programme (Europe)

Banyan Software is seeking a Chief of Staff to join its Executive Leadership Programme in Europe. This role involves working directly with seasoned Operating Partners or Portfolio Leaders who oversee a portfolio of software businesses. The position offers exposure to software mergers and acquisitions, focusing on value creation across multiple portfolio companies. The Executive Leadership Programme is a two-year initiative designed to prepare high performers for future leadership roles, including potential C-suite positions.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with CEOs and functional leaders to implement the Banyan Operating System, leading high-impact projects across sales, marketing, AI, and product development, assisting in the integration and onboarding of newly acquired businesses, and supporting Operating Partners with critical initiatives and decision-making processes. The role provides hands-on experience to prepare for future executive leadership positions.

The ideal candidate holds a top MBA degree and has prior experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or an operational leadership role. Experience in the software industry, particularly with SaaS businesses, is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, a proven track record of leading projects, and a passion for learning and growth are essential.
