Banyan Software is seeking a Chief of Staff to join their Executive Leadership Program in London, England. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with an experienced Operating Leader overseeing a portfolio of software businesses. As Chief of Staff, you will collaborate with CEOs and functional leaders across multiple companies, driving operational improvements and strategic initiatives. The position is designed for individuals aiming to develop into future leaders within the organization.
In this role, you will engage in a variety of high-impact projects, including shaping go-to-market strategies, enhancing customer onboarding processes, and supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses. You will gain exposure to software mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on hands-on value creation and operational work. The Executive Leadership Program spans two years, providing intentional development through experiences in go-to-market strategies, mergers and acquisitions, customer relations, and financial operations. High performers may progress into CEO or C-suite roles within a Banyan operating company or leadership positions at Banyan Software HQ.
Ideal candidates will have recently graduated from a top MBA program and possess 2–5 years of pre-MBA experience in operating roles such as product management, business operations, portfolio operations, or value creation. Experience in management consulting, private equity, or investment banking is also valued. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to synthesize complex information and influence senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority. Candidates should demonstrate high learning agility, comfort with ambiguity, and a strong sense of ownership.
