Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at GHJ, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the firm's daily operations and implementing strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to drive operational excellence and support the firm's growth objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the firm's internal processes, including finance, human resources, information technology, and administrative functions. Additionally, you will lead efforts to enhance organizational performance through process improvements and the adoption of best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in professional services or a similar environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight is required to succeed in this role.
