TRAX platform, ensuring scalability, security, and readiness for enterprise growth. Key responsibilities include hands-on involvement in the codebase, driving platform modernization, leading AI-assisted development practices, and managing security and compliance in a healthcare SaaS environment. Additionally, the role involves owning the product roadmap, translating customer needs into prioritized features, and establishing effective product processes.
Candidates must have proven experience in a senior engineering or product-engineering leadership role at a SaaS company, with demonstrable hands-on coding ability. A track record of owning both product roadmap and technical execution is essential. Experience in building or scaling a SaaS platform in a regulated industry, familiarity with HIPAA and/or SOC 2, and practical experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into a SaaS product are highly desirable.
The position offers a competitive compensation package with an on-target earnings range of $250,000 to $300,000.
