Nimonik is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to lead sales efforts for its B2B SaaS products in China and the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves working closely with a diverse team and a substantial customer base to drive business growth and expand market presence.

The primary responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, developing new business opportunities, and independently managing the entire sales process from initiation to closure. The role also entails cross-selling and upselling to both new and existing clients across the region.

Candidates must possess a passion for sales and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong desire for business development and leadership. Fluency in English and strong proficiency in Mandarin are essential. A solid understanding of management and compliance systems such as ISO 14001, 45001, 50001, or regulatory compliance is required. Additionally, a minimum of three years' experience in business development and sales is necessary.

The compensation package ranges from 300,000 RMB to 1,000,000 RMB in the first year, based on performance, with no cap on earnings. The position requires initial training in Montréal, Canada, followed by relocation to Shanghai, where the candidate must be present at the office three days a week.
