We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Chip Production Test Engineer to lead the development, execution, and oversight of production test programs for advanced semiconductor products. The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with ATE platforms such as the Advantest (93K) on RF devices and will be responsible for creating and optimizing test programs, supervising test operations on the production floor, and analyzing test data to continuously improve product yield and quality.
