In this role, the specialist is responsible for producing precise claims bordereaux, implementing process improvements, and performing thorough reconciliations. Key duties include elevating claims data into a reliable asset for decision-making, serving as the operational point of contact for carrier partner inquiries, and overseeing claims payment enablement, including invoice processing and reconciliations. The specialist will also collaborate with technology teams to explore and implement advanced analytics and AI use cases to improve productivity and customer experience.
Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in insurance claims operations, ideally within a high-growth, dynamic environment. Proficiency in data analysis, systems management, and a solid understanding of insurance concepts are essential. Experience with Salesforce and advanced Excel skills are advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a customer service-oriented and problem-solving mindset, are crucial for success in this role.
The compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on geographic location.
