The Client Analytics Manager at WPP Media plays a pivotal role within the Data and Technology Analytics (DTA) team, focusing on designing, customizing, and maintaining platforms for business analytics and measurement. WPP Media, as WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, integrates media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale, connected through WPP Open and powered by Open Intelligence.
In this position, the Manager is responsible for data manipulation and visualization, performing quantitative data analysis, problem-solving, statistical modeling, and developing and analyzing business cases. Key tasks include applying statistical techniques such as significance testing and regression analysis, utilizing programming languages like Python and SQL, and employing tools such as Google BigQuery and TensorFlow to prototype and deliver data-driven solutions. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to assess project needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics work.
Candidates should possess relevant industry experience in analytics-focused roles and hold a degree in an applied quantitative field such as data science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics, business management, or computer science. A strong understanding of marketing campaigns, objectives, and measurement techniques is essential, along with proficiency in programming languages and statistical packages. Prior experience in a digital agency or consulting environment is advantageous.
